Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling outbound/ inbound phone calls from potential dealership customers who have provided contact information from 3rd party internet lead sources.
Set appointments at the dealership using scripting and phone techniques.
Make outbound calls following up with internet leads, appointments and unsold showroom traffic
Build rapport with our customers through chat, text, calls, and email
Accurately document customer comments in a clear and detailed way to ensure dealerships understand how the customer experience was using the platform
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Provide customers with high level product information
Research required information using available resources
Conducts survey follow up calls to customers that visited and potentially bought a vehicle or visited the dealership.
Responsibilities and years of experience associated with job duties:
2 years of experience working in customer service is preferred, call center experience ideal
Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
Positive, can-do attitude
Enthusiastic phone voice.
