The core services of the company include termite and pest control, home warranties, disaster response and restoration, janitorial service, professional home cleaning, furniture repair, and home inspections. Responsible for supporting compliance efforts to ensure licensing risks and goals are maintained.
Develops reports and analyzes data.
Receives and updates licenses or certifications for initial set up and renewal and escalates license issues to responsible parties.
Develops reports that supports licensing decisions.
Works with franchises, customer center, or Service Quality Managers to ensure proper licenses or certifications are assigned to each associate.
Maintains standards for license requirements and communicates requirements to field management as needed.
Supports compliance efforts to ensure licensing risks are mitigated/documented and licensing goals are maintained
High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience in managing regulatory or licensing compliance programs
Preferred: Previous experience in managing audit systems or processes.
Proficient in MS Excel.
