Accountable for managing large volume of low and high complexity and high risk projects which may span multiple regions and/or functions with concurrent projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Overall accountability of project scope, project budgeting and cost reporting, and ensures completion of projects while meeting quality, schedule and cost objectives using the organizations standard processes.
Acts as project liaison between IT partners, client organizations and IT leadership. May assist in supplier management of existing vendors.
Strong problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organization, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
Responsible for estimating, scheduling, coordinating, assigning resources, ensuring project funding is secured, and assisting and recommending business solutions/alternatives for projects.
Issues reporting to all levels within the organization.
Effectively initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing and delivering all activities for projects and related release initiatives.

Responsible for all aspects of technical projects/problems including but not all around production defects, enhancements, audit findings, reporting, requests, analysis and vendor management
Projects/Problems are typically high value short term strategic projects that involve defects or enhancing technology, are highly complex and require tight coordination and integration with multiple internal Client partners as well as multiple external organizations and suppliers
Responsible for providing overall direction and technical or analytical guidance of the project/problem to teams that span multiple internal and external organizations
Takes action to direct problem analysis to resolution
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Works as a team member within Problem Management to run individual small projects
Complete those projects within an allotted/collaborative timeline and
Understand/document initial description of the problem, impact(financial, fraud, customer experience etc), root cause analysis (RCA), resolution and validation
Identifies key internal/external partners and stakeholders necessary for project/problem completion and work with those partners to understand and document overall strategy for execution of the projects/problems
Be able to define scope and objectives, guide activities of a project team (ensure internal and external partners understand their tasks), identifies resources and establish master timeline for deliverables
Have basic analytical and technical skills in order to be able to define scope and objectives around complexity of the project/problem and efficient communication amongst internal and external partners working with you on the project
Conducts project/problem meetings and is responsible for project/problem tracking and analysis
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
Provide technical and analytical guidance to leadership team
