This position will provide support for Client Managed Customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer call receiptfirst point of contact for Customers for problem recording.
Customer verification, problem validation and documentation.
Status customer on a regular basis.
Interface with internal and external Client/Vendor.
Adhere to SLAs, processes and tools.
Basic trouble shooting routers/circuits.
